For free:
1. You can make http://www.goodsearch.com your home page in your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, etc.). You simply set up your browser to pull up the goodsearch website as your homepage. Specify UMDF as your recipient. Every time you get on the Internet and search, UMDF receives a small donation.
2. You can go to http://www.oprah.com and click "Find out what we're working on. Share your story." There is a list of topics. Select the most appropriate one and ask Oprah to do a show on mitochondrial disease.
3. You can join and shop with iGive. Search for "mitochondrial" to designate the UMDF as your recipient.
4. Wear a rosendosfight.org tshirt! Ask us for one!
5. Write a letter to your local congressman asking to designate the 3rd week of September as Mitochondrial Disease Awareness Week
